Unlicensed dentistry practice lands east-side man in jail
SAN ANTONIO -- Stopping a dentist's office from operating without a license has been as tough as pulling teeth, reports say. Yet the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners has stopped Angel Celedron from dentistry with his arrest Wednesday. The 48 year old was charged with practicing dentistry without a license.
